The House

Sleeping up to 8 guests, all 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, the main bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite with a  shower and toilet, plus a private balcony which is at the front of the house, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has 2 singles. Both the second and third bedrooms have split queen beds, on request the default bedding configuration can be changed.

Meanwhile, there is an open plan fourth bedroom or teenager retreat downstairs, with two double sofa beds and a second smart TV. There is a third bathroom and a fully equipped laundry. There is a desk in this area if you need to work or study while you are away. The 4-car garage has a sitting area and a ping pong table to enjoy on a rainy day.

Amenities

You can cook a delicious meal while you watch the waves crash at the beach in the modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of bench space, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel oven/cooktop, and breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen area is a table where you can sit indoors, or you can sit on the back balcony at the outdoor table. You can see amazing views of the ocean, lake, channel and all the way to the mountains, from the balcony, this area also has a BBQ. 

The open plan living area is air-conditioned with a cozy lounge, flat screen tv and a small sitting area for you to read a book. We also provide game boards to our guests. There is also a reading nook and plenty of books both upstairs and downstairs for children and adults alike.

The patrolled surf beach and clubhouse are a five-minute easy wander. If you want a night out, you can explore the restaurants and bars a kilometer along the coast. You also have easy access to the boat ramps on the lake.

The home has a large garage and driveway for you to bring multiple cars or your boat, there are local boat ramps less than 5 minutes away at both Swansea and Blacksmiths. The secure backyard is great for the kids to kick a ball around, you can even bring your dog along for the family holiday (outdoor only).

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, with linens replaced and beds made. There is also a laundry available for your use downstairs.
